About RIYAADA

The Premier Governance Institute for the Horn of Africa

The Somali Institute for Administration and Governance (RIYAADA) was founded to address a critical gap: the absence of a dedicated, world-class institution focused on developing the human capital required to build capable, transparent, and accountable government institutions in Somalia.

We partner with federal ministries, regional governments, international development organizations, and universities to deliver programmes that combine academic rigour with real-world application.

  • Accredited executive education programmes aligned with international standards
  • Partnerships with leading universities and multilateral institutions
  • Research that directly informs national policy and legislative reform
  • Online learning reaching professionals in all Federal Member States
